Lauren Marsicano, Esq. is the founding partner of Miami-based boutique law firm Marsicano + Leyva PLLC and has worked with global Fortune 100 companies like Bank of America and Ryder. Outside of her law firm, she is the creator of the Networking Maverick community where she helps her clients turn their networks into net-worth, and in 2020, Lauren founded the nonprofit Women for Success that is creating generational impact by empowering self-identifying women through grants, education, mentorship, support, and community to allow them to define success on their own terms. Sarah King

Sarah King is an engaging, transformational, and international Speaker, Healing Arts Practitioner, Entrepreneur, and Learning and Development Professional. With her background in Social Work, she served over 18 years in nonprofit organizations supporting at-risk youth, adults transitioning out of poverty, and families with seriously ill children. In addition, she has trained and supported thousands of adults while volunteering in their communities. Sarah continues to equip helping professionals with wellness tools and best practices for sustainable success.
Along the way, she found that practicing creativity as a baby clothing line owner and designer opened space for processing and healing in her life, serving as a needed outlet in the midst of heavy experiences, both personally and professionally. Through her company, Sarah King Creates, she has now combined her passion for creating with her gifts of service and training to guide others in experiencing the mental health benefits of creativity. As a Healing Arts Practitioner, she equips people to go from overwhelmed and stressed to well-being and peace of mind through movement, mindfulness, and discovering and engaging their creativity.
Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Sarah has lived in Missouri, California, Texas, and now Miami, Florida. She loves being in and near water and introduces this joy to others by serving as a swim instructor. At the end of the day, she unwinds through all things DIY, sand volleyball, and spending time with her friends, family, and rambunctious dog, Colby Jack.
Esther McCant

As the founder and CEO of Metro Mommy Agency, Esther McCant has provided labor and postpartum support to over hundreds of mothers during their birthing experience in South Florida through childbirth education, breastfeeding support, and other postpartum doula support services. She is not only a Commonsense Childbirth certified doula but also serves as a maternal health consultant, lactation counselor, and certified HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator. More recently, she completed the Advanced Doula Skills Training to better support high-risk doula and breastfeeding clients who struggle with diabetes, high blood pressure, anemia, or dehydration.
Currently, Esther is working to increase breastfeeding rates & reduce infant mortality as the co-lead for the Healthy Baby Taskforce, a subcommittee of the Consortium for a Healthier Miami-Dade County. This local community committee addresses health issues for children. She also serves as the Education and Communication/Community Action Network Coordinator for the Jasmine Project, a program that provides wraparound services to reduce infant mortality rates in Miami Gardens, Opa-Locka, and North Miami. She also currently serves as the founder and director of the Metro Mommy Agency Doula Mentorship program where she provides ongoing mentorship to 27+ doulas located in Florida, Georgia, and Hawaii and for the Southern Birth Justice Network doula mentees.
Christlie Julian

Christlie began her career as a Human Resources professional in the retail sector while completing her Master’s degree at Georgetown University.
After 5 years of generalist work in retail, Christlie made astronomical strides in improving Human Resources in the food and beverage industry. She created succession planning strategies, merit initiatives, and employee engagement to drive business performance.
With over 8 years of transactional HR work, she was given the opportunity to join Avis Budget Group as the HR Business Partner for the state of New York.

Additionally, Christlie is aggressively attacking the disparities within government contracting for minority owned businesses. She created the Black Bunker program as a strategy hub for minority business owners. As expected, Christlie has contracted out her program to a NYC prime, the Miami MBDA center, and the city of Newark, NJ. Christlie prides herself in being analytical, tactical, and strategic, therefore, she is built to win and thrive in abundance.
