Flourish Media Hosts YOUmake Miami

Miami, FL - It was during the January 11th, 2018 event that the Flourish Media tribe teamed up with Miami-Dade Public Library System, YOUmake and Technobus for one evening to launch YOUmake Miami's Business Networking Series. In this casual setting, attendees gained valuable skills and techniques that were not only highly requested, but would also assist them in mending the wage gap among women and minorities in the Miami area.

Behind The Leaf, Flourish Media’s marketing based workshop, helps women see small business ownership as a viable opportunity for economic advancement by offering educational products, workshops and networking events so that they can access resources and connect with mentors who understand and empower. By offering free social media marketing tips so that business savvy residents can participate in digital marketing more effectively, attendees were able to gain the skills needed to stand out among the hustle and bustle.

Flourish Media has offered this free workshop at Florida International University, City of Miami Beach, the Beacon Council, Happiness U in Hawaii, San Francisco and Atlanta, GA. Passionate about supporting small businesses with social media education, Flourish Media was able to reach out to create the confidence boost many women were seeking for.
